STRATA Let’s talk

SKILLED-WORK DATA SOURCING
FOR ROBOTICS TEAMS

Find the real workyour robot needsto learn from.

Strata helps robotics teams find first-person video and related task data from people doing skilled physical work. We start with your task, identify workplaces where it already happens, and explore whether it can be documented and licensed.

EXPLORE WHAT’S POSSIBLE

01 / OUR APPROACH

From robot task
to real workplace.

Tell us the task, environment and evidence your model needs. We look for organizations already doing that work—not a staged scene or a generic dataset catalogue.

02 / HOW IT WORKS

From task brief
to licensed data.

03 / OUR DIFFERENCE

The skill already
exists somewhere.

Cable assembly in a workshop. Packing in a warehouse. Preparation in a commercial kitchen. We look for people doing the work every day—and assess what can be recorded or licensed with permission.

04 / WHAT WE SOURCE

Physical tasks.
Useful context.

Examples of data we can investigate for a robotics brief. These are not available inventory or confirmed buyer mandates.

05 / GOVERNANCE

Trust, built into
every step.

OUR GOVERNANCE APPROACH ↗

Rights Evidence

Source documents must support the proposed use.

Privacy Review

Restrictions need to be assessed before sampling.

Agreed Access

Recipients and transfer controls are defined for each project.

Clear Fees

A 20% seller success fee on licensing revenue received.

OUR BUSINESS MODEL

We earn when
a license earns revenue.

Strata receives a 20% success fee from the data owner on licensing revenue received from deals we originate. The owner retains 80% before taxes or separately agreed costs. There is no upfront brokerage fee.

HOW THE ARRANGEMENT WORKS →

BEFORE ANY TRANSACTION

Verify the company,
the rights and the license.

Do not rely on a website claim alone. A serious data transaction should leave a written record that your legal, privacy and technical teams can review.

01

Contracting identity

The agreement and invoice should identify the full legal party, jurisdiction, address and registration details where applicable.

02

Sample before scale

Evaluate a limited sample or pilot against written quality and acceptance criteria before making a material commitment.

03

Provenance and privacy

Review who collected the data, who controls the rights, what restrictions apply and how personal or confidential material is handled.

04

License and payment

Confirm permitted AI uses, retention and deletion terms, remedies, and that the payment beneficiary matches the contracting party.

Strata is early-stage and does not currently publish customer references or completed transaction case studies.
